To ensure your online bank account is available to sync, you can search for it using its web address, instead of its name. 

 

If it still doesn't appear on the list after using the web address, then the online bank isn't available to sync in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In this case, what you can do is upload your bank transactions by hand.
