Tried all your recommendation but still unable to renew ac. im trying this from last 15 days.

To clarify, are you getting an error message when trying to renew your account? The most common issue when updating QuickBooks Online subscription is "subscription payment failed." The card on file may be out of date, invalid, or the card issuer may have declined the payment.

 

All you need to do is update your billing info. Follow these steps below:

  1. Sign in as master admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Select Edit ✎ for your Payment Method.
  5. Update your billing info.
  6. Select Save.

 

Once done, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your account.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.

  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.
