Thanks for reaching the Community space, @philippbatta-gma.

Piled-up cache files can sometimes cause display issues in QuickBooks Online. Let's do some browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues:

To start, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. This mode doesn't save your searches, visited pages, log in details, and cookies.

Here are the keyboard shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once you're in the private browser, access the track expenses by customer again. If it works, then you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
