Let's check why you're unable to switch to yearly billing, talent@talentoil.

 

There's a possibility that you aren't logged in as the master administrator of the account. Make sure to access QuickBooks as the master admin so you can switch the billing plan.

 

Then, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select Switch to annual billing.
  4. Click Switch, then Done.
