URGENT HELP NEEDED My QBO client is requesting for Primary Admin access to take over 3 of their company accounts. All articles read did not work. Any technical help?

The normal process and articles have not worked in my case. Intuit Technical Support hasn't given the attention yet. Please anyone with similar experience and solution to offer?

May I know what are articles you're trying to follow? Also, who are the previous primary administrator of these company accounts before? Are you still able reach out to them? This is to ensure we'll be able to properly address your concerns.

Where is your client located? Are they still able to access those accounts as Company Admin?
