Question

View register is not available on my global QBO companies. Works fine for my US company. Is there something I need to do to "turn it on"?

I've tried different browsers but that makes no difference, and as I mentioned, when I'm in my US company I can see view register for all of the balance sheet accounts. But as soon as I switch to one of the other three companies (Uganda, Kenya, Peru) it's just Account History, no View Register.

Hi budgie315,

 

As of now, the View register option is unavailable for Africa region. We can review the transactions associated on an account by clicking the Account  history hyperlink.
