In QuickBooks Online, you can go to the Sales menu and then select All Sales to export sale data in Excel. Please follow these steps:

1. Select the Sales menu.
2. Go to the All Sales tab.
3. Click the Export icon.
   

On the other hand, I'm introducing you to these steps to export purchase bills:

1. Select the Expenses menu.
2. Go to the Expenses tab.
3. Click the Export icon.
   
   

In addition, you can click the Filter button to choose what type of transaction you want to export in a particular period from a specific customer or vendor. Then hit Apply to save the settings.
