The process run up to the end, but finally, it releases a message:
Your Payoneer (for European Union customers only) account stopped syncing to QuickBooks Online Edition.

To fix this, go to the bank or account site in the window we open. Sign in, then return here. (350).

I have had opened my account at the same time... but it didn´t figure out.

I'm here to ensure you can connect your Payoneer account with QuickBooks, @istracion-utilco.

Currently, all European banks (EEA) require customers to reconnect their bank or credit card accounts every 90 days. If the connection expires, you may see Error 350 when you go to the Banking menu.

All we need to do is to reconnect the account to QuickBooks to refresh the connection. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then choose Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Click the blue tile for the bank account you need to reconnect.
  3. Choose the Sign in link.
  4. Enter your user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
  5. Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. Then select Continue.
  6. Once ready, click Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.

If issue persists, follow Step 2 in this article: Fix Error 350 in QuickBooks Online
