You are using QB Online India version, correct? This version has been discontinued since last week. If you can still access your account, you should export your data immediately. You can use an exporter tool and purchase a third-party service to convert data to another accounting application.

Hello there, adsgroup. I'm joining this thread to provide additional details.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct. In India, QuickBooks Online products will no longer be available. That includes QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, the QuickBooks mobile app, and QuickBooks Time. The access ended on April 30, 2023. 

Also, QuickBooks data should have been downloaded before April 30, 2023. Since it's already beyond the said date, you can contact  Support Team for further guidance. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: QuickBooks Chat Support.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Select Chat with us
  5. Enter your email address, name, and concern.
