We have subscribed, yet our company cencel is saying that we are getting very upset, there is no revert from your people.

Let me share some information so you'd be able to manage your subscription.

 

Before anything else, are you perhaps trying to cancel your QuickBooks account? If so, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.                                    
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
  6.  For billed subscriptions, you can still view the records of the canceled account for a year.

Once completed, you'd received an email notification containing your cancellation details. You can read through this article for more detailed steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

On the other hand, if you're trying to access your paid subscription, you'd want to make sure that you're  using the correct username and password. 

 

Lastly, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so we can securely access your account. Then, verify your billing information and your account's status.
