Question

We try to re-subscribe our Quickbooks account and completed the payment. An e-mandate has been setup in our back account. But we are still not able to use Quickbook.

Thanks for resubscribing, @accounts420.

I want to make sure that you'll keep in touch with the right support.

Since you've completed the payment and having unable to use QuickBooks, I recommend reaching our Tech Support team.

From there, they'll help you lift the hold on your account and ready it for use. You can also review your account from there:

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help option in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks product.
  2. Enter your issue in the chatbox (subscription) and review the results.
  3. You can choose either Chat Support to resubscribe or get a phone number that you can call for further assistance.

For more details on reactivating an account in QuickBooks, you can reference this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
