We update the bank with OTP but still not getting latest transaction.

Hi @nixitt,

 

You have several options whenever you're unable to download your bank transactions from within QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The first thing I can suggest is to manually update your online bank. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Transactions tab.
  2. On the Banking tab, select Update.

In case you need to import your bank transactions to your QBO company, follow the steps in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. You usually go through this process if you have missing transactions you want to include in your QBO bank account, or if you need to import historical transactions.
