What can I do if I miss a bank transaction, connected Revolut EU Account, from 12. June (today is 7. July.?

I have a 5 to 10 transaction a week. I miss only one. Maybe it come to this because Quickbooks needed some reconnection.

Thank you for your answer. 


The missing Transaction is in the middle of transaction that I received. 

I have no errors in Quickbooks and no errors on Bank webpage.

 

should I try to cancel the connection and reconnect?

Thanks for coming back to the thread, Martin. Let me provide additional information to help address your queries and ensure bank accounts are inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can manually import bank transactions using Excel CSV files. You can either use the three-column or four-column format. This allows you to save time and effort in manually entering the transactions.   

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Select the Upload a file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, select Continue.
  6. Note: If you're new to QuickBooks, you may not have an account to upload the transactions. If you don't see one, select Add New ▼ from the dropdown to create a new bank account.
  7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  8. Select the transactions you like to import. Then select Continue.
  9. Select Yes, then select Done.

 

In addition, if you disconnect your account, you will not be able to view transactions requiring categorization in the For Review tab. Furthermore, if the transactions are more than 90 days old, you won't be able to download them from the bank upon reconnection.
