You can use Paypal.

 

If your company is not located in UK, you should consider converting your data to your QBO region.

It's my pleasure to provide details on your concern about the payment options in QuickBooks.

 

In QuickBooks, you can pay your subscriptions through a debit or credit card. Customers can only use one card at a time since our system doesn't support payment split between more than one card. Also, make sure that the billing address of your card is the same as the region of your Subscription. For example: if you have a UK subscription then the billing address of your card should have a UK-based billing address.

 

I also agree with 4gal that PayPal is an acceptable form of payment.
