while im entering expenses im receiving this message : Something's not quite right
An amount is either too large (> 99,999,999,999) or too small (< -99,999,999,999), or saving this transaction would result in an account balance that is too large (> 99,999,999,999) or too small (< -99,999,999,999). I need a solution asap can we maximize the account payable since it reach the 99,999,999,999 ?

Where is your company located? What is your home currency?

I got you, Joanna. Let me provide a workaround to enter your expenses so you can clear your account payable ASAP.

You can enter multiple expense transactions until you reach the amount of 99,999,999,999 and clear your account payable. You can follow these steps to create an expense transaction:

  1. Select + New. Then select Expense.
  2. In the Payee field, select the supplier.
  3. In the Payment account field, select the account you used to pay for the expense.
  4. Enter the date for the expense in the Payment date field.
  5. Select how you paid for the expense in the Payment method field.
  6. Type the expense info in the Category details section.
  7. Enter the Amount and Tax.
  8. Once everything is done, select Save and close.

On the other hand, please note that the software is designed with predefined numerical ranges to accommodate the needs of smaller businesses. Therefore, transactions are limited to a specific range. This means that an eleven-digit amount like 99,999,999,999 exceeds the current limit.

That said, we highly value your input and encourage you to share your feedback with our product developers. Your suggestions can help us enhance future updates to better meet your business needs. Here's how you can send them:

  1. Select Settings, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Once done, select Next to submit the feedback.
