What to do when Quickbooks says, " We didn't find any companies for this account"

Hello there, lady-cloudcfo. I'll share why you're getting that message and guide you on what to do next.

 

There are a couple of reasons why you encountered the " We didn't find any companies for this account" error. The first is due to incorrect login credentials. Make sure to sign in to your QuickBooks Online company using an accurate username and password.

 

The second reason would be an expired QBO subscription. Company files that have been expired more than a year can no longer be accessible. If you have multiple companies with the same login details, I recommend clicking the Sign in with a different account button to see whether you can access your desired company. If not, then select the Switch company feature from the Gear icon. (See the image below for reference)
