Hello, @userjerun0926-jh.

I'll share some information about recording warranty claim in QuickBooks. You can create an expense transaction affecting your warranty liability account. I recommend consulting with an accountant to ensure you're recording the claims correctly.

You can visit our site to look for an accountant near you. Here's the link: Accountants and Bookkeepers.

To create an expense transaction:

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Select Expense under Vendor.
  3. Enter the expense details.
  4. Click Save and New.

I'm also adding this link in case you need help with other QuickBooks-related tasks. It has our general QuickBooks topics with articles. Just choose your country from the drop-down and then click Start browsing under Helpful Articles.

With the above recommendations, you should be able to record your warranty claim accordingly in QuickBooks. Please drop a reply anytime below if you have other questions about customer or warranty claim. I'm more than happy to assist you. Take care and have a nice day ahead.
