I understand this was challenging for you, @Absolute. You have me on your back to solve this issue you've encountered while handling your bank to QuickBooks Online.

To verify if the digits appear doubled in the banking section of your account, you can try signing in using an incognito window. It will allow you to access your account without cached data interfering with the display. If the issue is resolved in the incognito window, it suggests that clearing the cache in your regular browser may help resolve the problem.

Here are the shortcuts to incognito browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press: Shift + CTRL + P

Furthermore, the cache can hamper and affect the functionality of QuickBooks and result in missing tabs and features, thus clearing the cache to reduce issues occurring when using QuickBooks.

We also have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you in case you see any errors while downloading transactions. Please check it out: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

I'm here to help with any further questions you may have about QuickBooks or any other topic. Feel free to reach out whenever you need assistance. Take care!
