I am not sure there is any discount policy for current customers. They only offer discount for a new customer. Where is your company located? You may open a new QBO account and migrate data from old account.

To check if a discount is available for the monthly billing, you'll need to reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them will be able to check your account in a secure space and provide the information you need about your billing concern.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat.
