Where did my "new transactions" tab go under each individual customer?

    I understand that you're experiencing some difficulty in finding the "New transactions" tab on your account. However, I'm here to support you with a few useful tips and troubleshooting steps that can help you resolve the issue and resume your account activities as usual.

     

    At times, the internet browser can become cluttered with cached data which results in unexpected behavior such as missing options and error messages.

     

    We can isolate this by accessing the account through a private browsing window. This approach will help us determine if the problem is cache-related.

     

    You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

     

    If it works, return to your default browser and clear the cached files.

    Otherwise, switch to another supported browser if the issue persists.

     

    In addition, consider creating and sending your customers statements that give a clear overview of their invoices, payments, credit memos, and balances.
