Entering bills is a feature currently offered for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials and Plus versions, remaxnorth1. Let me guide you on how you can start managing them through the program. 

 

You can upgrade your present plan from Simple Start to either Essentials or Plus. This way, you can record and pay your bills from suppliers. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
  5. Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade.
  6. Confirm your payment information.
  7. Click Save.

With the Account and settings menu, you can manage your company details, view your subscription, update your credit card, and make changes to your billing information. If you wish to learn more about the page, you can refer to this article: How to update your subscription and billing details.
