Hi, Vraitt. Let me share a few things about using two AR or AP accounts in the same transaction.

QuickBooks won't let you record transactions that contain two Accounts Receivable (AR), two Accounts Payable (AP), or one account for each of them. If you enter these transactions, you'll receive an error message indicating: Warning: You cannot use more than one A/R or A/P account in the same transaction.

However, you can choose from the workarounds given in this article to sort out the error: Warning: You cannot use more than one AR or AP account in the same transaction.

I want to make sure your transactions are posted correctly to prevent errors in the future. That said, you need to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions. Here's an article for your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please note that although the given articles are from the US, the information provided is the same for QuickBooks International.

Let me know in the comment below if you have further questions or concerns. I'd be glad to help. Have a nice day!
