Why cant i add full details of my employees & why im loosing expenses data?!!!

However, for me to be able to assist and provide you with an appropriate solution, could you please provide me with more details about the specific information you're adding to your employee, or any issues you may be experiencing while setting up? Additionally, for your expense data, can you let me know how you tracked and where you stored it? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
