Why does Time not accept my employee´s phone number when she trys to accept my invite?

You might want to ensure you're entering the correct phone number format before sending the invitation. Also, your employee needs to do the following:

 

  • Be on the lookout for a text message with the invite.
  • Accept the invite.
  • Create a user ID and password (if they haven’t already).
  • Download the QuickBooks Time app.

If you're using QuickBooks Time tracking application, performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue. Here’s how to do that:

 

  1. From More Options , select Settings.
  2. Then select Refresh Data.
  3. Choose Yes.
