Here in the Community, we're unable to check and validate what's the $7.50 and $15 charge of yours. That being said, I recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team. They have extra tools that can open your account.

  2. Enter, Can you validate the $7.50 and $15 charges on my account?
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. From there, select how you'll want to contact them.

Your discounted period may be over and now you have to pay the regular rate. You can open a new QBO account with the same email address with current discounted rate and migrate data from your old account.
