Why i can't do any bill entry?

trying many times but still can't. i did all my log out and in again and again but nothing change

Hi there, @actaxguru-gmail-. I'm here to share with you some additional troubleshooting steps so you can track your bill transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

A browser cache may affect the error you're getting. To fix the issue, I recommend opening QuickBooks using a private window. Then, enter a bill from there. It's the best place to check browser-related problems while working with QuickBooks.

 

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

 

If you can't select an account from the Category dropdown, our engineers are currently working on this issue to get a resolution as quickly as possible.
