Question

You charged monthly billing last year 218.46 and this year you charged 1239.78 monthly. Can you please explain. Why price is so increase.

It is important that you understand the subscription you're paying for. I would recommend contacting our Chat team about this, so they can pull up your account information and check your billing details in a more secure environment. I'm unable to do it from here since this is a public forum.

 

  1. Click on Help in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose the Search tab and the Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Copy your question and post it in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Continue and choose Chat with us in the next window.
