Hello there. @accounts523. I've come to share a few insights on how QuickBooks notify you of your bill. This way, you can manage your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription accordingly.

 

Your QBO bill or subscription invoices are sent to you (the primary admin) via email every month. Then, you can always visit the Billing & Subscription menu if you wish to manage your billing, payment, and subscription info. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Account and settings.
  4. Select the Billing & subscription menu.
