Thanks for dropping by the QuickBooks Community forum and sharing the details of your concern about printing goods received vouchers. I've got insight and guidelines to help you achieve this.

In QuickBooks Online, to receive goods, you can set them up as either non-inventory or inventory products. Then, use them on your bills, expenses, and cheques. For more details, refer to this article: Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, for bills paid by check, you can pull up the Transaction List by vendor and Bills and Applied Payments (Bill Stub, Vendor Check Stub). Customise the reports according to your required information. Meanwhile, for bills paid by credit card, you can print Remittance Advice after you pay bills. I will attach screenshots along with the steps for better reference. Here's how:

Pull-up reports

  1. Go to Reports from the left menu.
  2. Enter Transaction List by vendor and Bills/Applied Payments (Bill Stub, Vendor Check Stub) in the Search box and select it.
  3. Select Customise.
  4. Click Run report

Print Remittance Advice

  1. Go to + New and select Bill under VENDORS.
  2. Fill out the necessary information.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Choose Mark as paid.

  5. Select the Bank/Credit account dropdown on the Bill payment page and click Credit Card.
  6. Click Save and Close.

  7. Next, go to the magnifying glass icon on the upper right of the home screen.
  8. Navigate to the Bill Payment.

  9. Select Print on the Bill payment page.
  10. Click Download or Print.

By following these steps, you can receive goods in QBO and print a goods received voucher. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to post them here. Bye for now. Stay safe!
