Can I add a new company?

Hello there, Leni.

 

We understand that you want to maximize your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription and manage other businesses inside it. However, please be aware that it's one company for subscription only. With that said, you'll have to purchase a new subscription to handle your second company. If you want to manage all your businesses using the same sign-in information, we'll be happy to write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Sign in to one of your QuickBooks Online companies that you access with email B.
  2. Invite email A to the company. Select a user type and choose Company Admin if you want email A to be able to manage other users and company info. Note: Only admins can send invites.
  3. Go to your inbox for email A and select the invite link you received there. Email A can now access the company.
