Can I create an Intuit account for RSA and another for Canada using the same email?

Hi there,

 

It's important that you have the correct product for each region that you have a business in. Intuit accounts are a great way to have access to QuickBooks, Turbotax and Profile products from one login. I can provide some information about emails relating to Intuit accounts.

 

An email can only be associated with one Intuit account. If you'd like to be able to have two different accounts for each region, they would each have their own email address.

4. Enter the user ID and password you use for QuickBooks Online Accountant and select Accept Invitation

If you have more than one QuickBooks Online Accountant firm under your user ID, you will be asked to choose the firm you wish to connect this client to.

Allow me to join this thread and guide you on what you can do, arifkhanadvisory.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to add as many companies as you want using the same email address. But, you'll have to pay the subscription fees for each one. To add a second company, visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want. This opens one of two experiences:

  • If you're signed in to QuickBooks, you’ll be asked to confirm the account you want to sign in with. If the account displayed is the one you want to use for the new company file, select Yes, that’s correct.
  • If you haven’t signed in recently,  you’ll be asked to create an Intuit account. Don't fill this out unless you want to connect your new company file to a new account. Below "Buy QuickBooks Online" select Add another company. Sign in with the user ID and password you already use for QuickBooks.

 

Once done, you can follow the on-screen instructions to create a new company file. Also, QuickBooks asks which company file you want to open when you sign in. To switch between companies select the Gear icon then Switch company. However, if you want to sign up for a new Intuit account, you can use a different email instead.

Yes you can use the same email address to purchase QBO accounts for any regions.
