Do other users in SA also continuously experience Bank (Fnb) download issues?

Different codes pop up continuously which are irrelevant.
eg Message on bank website and tips nor chats resolve the issue

Thank you for reporting your online banking experience with First National Bank.

 

As of the moment, I haven't seen an emerging issue with this bank in the South Africa region. I suggest checking out the list of error codes in this article to learn more about the issue: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. The codes are in the Step 4 section.

 

If the error recurs, please reach out to our QuickBooks Support team so they can check this further using more tools.

 

  1. Click Help and select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter the details of the issue and click Continue.
  4. Choose Chat.
