Does anyone have a problem when they try to print payment(receipt) that the information gets cut off? The other companies' payment(receipt) print fine

When a browser stores a large number of caches, it may cause issues such as latency or missing data. As a first step, press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

 

If the problem persists, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Depending on the browser, you can use the following shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.


Return to your payment receipt and print it once you've signed in. If this resolves the issue, return to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history, or press CTRL+Shift+Delete on your keyboard. You could also try logging in with another supported browser.
