We're glad to have you here, @Cream of the Crop. Let's ensure you'll be able to make and send invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so we can get back to business seamlessly.

There are instances when the browser is loaded with frequently accessed page resources, which results in errors and unusual behaviors. That said, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to rule out the potential of a browser issue.

Let's start logging in to your account using a different or private browser. We can refer to these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you're able to create invoices, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This way, we can speed up the process the next time we complete a transaction. In addition, we can check your computer's operating system to see if it's compatible with the system requirements for QBO

If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer support so they can identify the cause of the error message about managing your subscription. They also have enough tools to pull up your account and initiate a screen-sharing to walk you through resolving the issue.

Moreover, check out this article when a customer makes a payment on the invoice: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online. This way, it marks the invoice as paid and makes your accounts stay balanced.

If you have additional concerns about invoices, please don't hesitate to ask for assistance from us. The Community is always here to answer your questions. Stay safe, and have a great day!
