Let's resolve this error, @info-everistmedi.

A Delivery error can happen if there's a need to fix the attachments on your transactions or your Company email information needs to be set up correctly.

Your company email and all customer-facing email fields should have a correct format and don't include prefixes.

Below are the sample emails.

  • Wrong: email:mycompany@mycompany.com
  • Right: mycompany@mycompany.com

Then, your invoice or other sales transactions should not include special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & *( ) _- = + : and "). If it has, make sure to remove them from the fields outlined below.

  • Description Field
  • Attachment name
  • Message field
  • Email address
  • Custom Form Templates

If you've added an attachment, use the supported file size. The 25 MB is the absolute max (25.02 MB will cause an error), and zip files are not permitted. If you're currently using the Location Tracking feature, make sure to use the proper format of the email address. Here's how to make changes (if necessary).

  1. Go to the  Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, choose All Lists.
  3. Select Locations.
  4. On the Run report drop-down, choose Edit.
  5. Verify the email under This location has a different email address for communicating with customers. bullet and make changes as necessary
  6. Select Save.
