Hi has any one got a bank error 101?

Since Standard bank upgraded their software, i can't link to the bank

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. From QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with about the error. 
  4. Choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose Chat.
