Hi. I have been getting the below error message for the last 3 days. "Looks like the connection to Standard Bank (South Africa) isn’t available right now. (102) Pls help?

So far, we haven't received similar issues reported. Error 102 usually means your bank's website is experiencing technical difficulties, undergoing maintenance, or there's a server issue with the data transfer between QuickBooks and the bank's website.

As an initial troubleshooting step, let's perform a few manual updates. Here's how:

1. Select Banking.
2. Select Update.
3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

If you're still getting the same issue, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf. Here's how to contact us:

1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_ZA/contact.
2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
3. Select your QuickBooks version.
4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
