How can save my reports without getting a message that says that my subscription is expired while it is not?

If you receive a message that says your subscription has expired when it has not, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot it. 

First, let's check your subscription status. This is to ensure that your subscription is active and up to date. Check that your payment details are correct. If everything looks good but the issue persists, then we can perform the next troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with subscription validation. To check and avoid any browser cache-related issues, we can access your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window. 

Depending on your browser, use the keyboard shortcut below to open one:

• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to access and save your reports, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
