How do i cancel my subscription

I cannot cancel my subscription. I can see the subscriptions and billing tab, BUT I cannot see the Accounts and Settings tab - which gives me the drop down menu to select cancel subscription. Not sure how to cancel. Been trying for 3 months now.

I find it strange that you reached the Billing & subscription section without seeing Accounts and settings. Anyway, since you're in that section, you should see your QBO product and the option to cancel it. If you don't, would you mind replying with a screenshot?

 

 

On the other hand, if you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you'll want to cancel with them. Check out the steps in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. Just expand the section that applies to you.

 

Alternatively, you can reach out to our QBO Support so they can check your billing information and help you cancel. They have the tools for this.

 

  1. Click Help and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Type something like no option to cancel QBO and click Continue.
  4. Choose Chat.
