We send emails to suppliers to quote of fabrics.  How do I see sent emails?

Hi accounts-medifor,

 

You can track sent emails by running the Transaction List by Supplier report. I'm here to guide you through the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Enter and select Transaction List by Supplier.
  3. Click the Customise button.
  4. Go to the Filter drop-down.
  5. Click the Rows/Columns drop-down.
  6. Select the Sent field.
  7. Tick the Transaction Type box, then select Purchase Order.
  8. Click Run report.
