Hello, @claudinegliddon-. I understand the urgency to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I'm here to help you.

The current default browser of all supported QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) versions will use our new custom browser or the built-in browser. With that, you'll want to update to the latest release of your QuickBooks account before you proceed with exporting your company file to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can refer to this article for more details about the changes to the internal browser: Use our built-in browser in QuickBooks Desktop.

Once everything is updated and ready to proceed with exporting data, see these articles for guidance and tips:

Please keep me posted if you have any other concerns with exporting and importing data to QuickBooks. I'll be around. Take care always!

I am having trouble with exporting from desktop to online. I've got the Quickbooks Pro 2016 version.  Every time I get blocked with the following message: "for security, intuit does not support this browser or browser version."

I have tried everything and I just can't get this sorted.  I feel like crying.... Please can anybody help me with this.

Thanks

Natashca
