I am trying to get assistance with Quickbooks. After initially getting a response from the chat it has now stopped responding.

No one responds on the chat. My accountant says they cannot see the transactions. The taxes menu item isn't showing.

Hello there, Luke. I provide details about the Taxes menu not showing inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company file.

 

Due to the product having different regions to accommodate a wide range of users, the interface differs, and some options are not the same as other areas available in QBO. In the US version, they have the Taxes menu, while in the South African version of the program, they utilize the VAT section. It's where you can see and manage your taxes and record payments.
