I dont seem to be able to connect to my Investec account. I am getting this error message Something isn't working here.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about getting error 163 when trying to connect the Investec account to QBO. Rest assured our Engineering Team has raised a known issue ticket on their end and doing everything to resolve this as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, I highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team support to add your account to the list of the affected users. This way you'll be able to get email updates and notifications about the issue. Here's how:

1. In your QBO account, navigate to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
2. Next, click the Contact us button.
3. From there, enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
4. Then, choose either the Chat or Call option to connect to them.
