I keep getting the Error message yourQB online subscription has expired but im paid up Whats up with that? Who can help me fix this? I only using QB online daily

There could be a few different reasons you are getting an error message saying that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription has expired even though you are paid up. You can perform a few steps to resolve this.

 

If you can log into your QBO account, check your account status to make sure that your subscription is active. If it's not, make sure you have current billing details. You can review your billing history to see if the payment has been processed. 

 

Here's how to view your subscription info:
 

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & subscription.
  3. Review the information in each section.
    • To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.

 

If you're unable to log into your account, open it in a private window or incognito. The system occasionally behaves strangely when the browser frequently accesses pages. It could be due to corrupted cache files in your browser. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve issues with QuickBooks online.

 

You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can now log into your QBO account, go back to your regular browser, and clear its cache. You can also use other supported web engines to learn what computer and browser are needed for the best experience when using QuickBooks.
