I loaded my debit card details to upgrade but when I click Subscribe it wont Save

First, let's ensure to enter a credit card info for the upgrade to go through. This is because QuickBooks Online won't accept debit card details. If you have one, you can use it instead. Also, make sure to log in as the Master or Company Admin of the account for the smooth upgrade process.

If the same thing happens, please log in to your account using a private window. This can help us determine if it's a browser-related issue due to stored cache. You can use the following shortcut keys to access one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome .
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge .
• Command + Shift + N for Safari .

Then, upgrade your subscription again. If it works this time, clear your browser's cache to delete the piled up files that cause unusual QuickBooks Online responses. 

After that, go back to your regular and perform the same task again. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser instead.
