Question

I'm getting an error when entering a client's mobile number (in the new client setup section). I have used the standard format +27 xxxxxxxxx. Any ideas

Thanks for making your way here, chris178.

Before we start with the troubleshooting, would you mind telling more about the specific error code or the exact error message you're getting? This will help me verify if there is an ongoing issue.

For now, we can try some basic troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. Let's start by using a private browser when updating your credit card information.

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts for your reference:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works in a private browser, try to log out and log back in to your regular browser and clear the cache. This can help optimize the performance of your browser so you can start fresh. Otherwise, you may consider using other supported browser.

If you have other questions or need further assistance, please know that I am here for you. Update this thread or start a new post in the forum. Have a nice day!
