I made a mistake in making my Quickbooks

I'm a student for a college and I messed up making my student account, I didn't follow the instructions properly and now I can't go back. Can someone help me or do I need to call Intuit for help deleting the account or resetting it?

In instances like this, our Education Program Support is going to be the best group to assist you. They have specialized tools to pull up your account and provide the steps to delete the account.
