I would like to setup a mauritian company online company?

Are you referring to setting up a Mauritian company using QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, you need to have a QBO account first. Visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want. 

After that, you may no proceed with setting up your company file by following the on-screen instructions.

Make sure you open QBO Global version for Mauritania, not QBO South Africa version.
