You are eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee if you purchased an annual subscription to QBO, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date. You can check out our check our return policy for some exceptions.

 

Also, please know that the 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to monthly QBO subscriptions.
