If i do not have the add user option what do i do?

on simple start client screen settings, manage users the next screen has upgrade option instead of add user option. so i can not invite users

The number of users you can add depends on your subscription. QuickBooks Online(QBO) Simple Start, allows only one billable user. Consider upgrading your QBO plan to add more users.

Once you're ready to input new users, refer to the steps below.

Go to the Gear icon.
Select Manage users then Add user.
Enter the user’s name and email address.
Select the Roles dropdown and assign a role to the user.
Review the features this role gives access to.
Click the Account management settings you want to manage.
Hit View all permissions to review the list of features the user will not have access to.
Once done, Send invitation.
